Meanwhile, I have almost killed My Aide with beer.
I know what you're saying, "How could beer do that? It's so yummy! It makes me feel all funny!"
Well. Unbeknownst to either me or My Aide, she might be slightly allergic to one of the ingredients. We went out after work last night to get a drink at my favorite brewery, and she started experiencing some throat swelling after about half a beer.
Why beer, why? Why would you be so tasty and so potentially deadly? Why would you pick on My Aide?
I enjoyed my beer though, and I'm enjoying it now- Miner's Gold.
I think maybe it's time to boot up some Guitar Hero and sing....
Remember, it's just a ride.
Perhaps she needs to be on a gluten-free diet? Isn't beer made out barley or wheat or something like that? Some people are legitimately allergic to that kind of stuff. :o(
