Doesn't seem like a big deal until you see that that leaves our aide/clinic scheduler, and me as the only permanent staff there. And I'm only there when I'm not running our satellite clinic 30 miles away.
This has caused many co-workers in other departments to decide that they are in control of what goes on in the clinic, which has, in turn, caused things to be totally different every other day. I hate that shit.
And our director has decided that the 2 of us who are left in the clinic are being "insubordinate" in our opinions. To put it this way, our director has turned into this:
*sigh*
I know this will pass, but it has me longing for 3 12 hour shifts and 4 days off, like I used to have when I worked at the hospital.
God I miss that!
